  • Technoserv created a new data center for SO-CDU UPS. The project became the winner of IT contest “CNews AWARDS  2016” in the category “Geographically distributed data center of the Year“.
  • Technoserv designed and created the first Concurrent Engineering Design Facility (CEDF) in Russia for SkolTech. The project won the IT contest “Key project of the Year 2016” in the category “Video technology success“.
  • Technoserv Group and Skolkovo Innovation Center have continued the cooperation in software products development for the different sectors of Russian market. As a result 15 new products are included in portfolio of the Group.
  • Technoserv Consulting is actively developing practices of 1C solutions implementation and information security consulting.
  • Reksoft won “The best industrial solution” award in the Global CIO contest "Project of the Year 2015". The project of creation the online-store for “O`key” was chosen as the best solution in the area of retail and distribution.

Financial performance
Turnover of the Technoserv Group in 2016 fiscal year  totaled about 52.44 billion rubles and increased by 1.3% compared to the previous year.

The core business area of the Group is still the System Integration, which amounts to 66% of the total turnover. The next most important business lines are Technical Support Services – 22% of the total, Consulting Services – 11%, and Software Development – 1%. The key customers are government entities – 28%, telecommunication companies – 25%, and financial institutions – 25%. Upon that, the last-named section has increased more than 30% compared to the previous year.

The Technoserv Group continues the active development of new business directions: the formation of “Safe City” project structure was completed; cloud-based “Technoserv Cloud” platform of its own with a secure section for the government customers was put into operation. There were created the following practices of business processes and infrastructure monitoring, Big Data and information security. Сenter of competence for engineering infrastructure creation was significantly improved.

  • Following the results of 2016 and according to CNews Analytics ratings and RBC Holding ratings, the Technoserv Group is among the Top-5 largest IT-companies in Russia. Also it’s among the five leaders of biggest consulting companies and groups ranking according to RAEX rating agency (Expert RA).
  • Technoserv developed and put into operation its own cloud-based “Technoserv Cloud” platform. More than 7 services based on this platform have already been provided to Russian customers: cloud storage, IaaS, virtual data center, corporate mail and ITSM.
  • The company created integrated engineering systems center of competence for that unified capital construction department, data-processing center department and design and construction management department.
  • Technoserv implemented a number of important projects for such leaders in its field as The Federal Treasury, Roshydromet, RusHydro, Rosseti, The IT Department of Moscow Government, Sberbank, VTB 24, PromSvyazBank, Kaspi Bank, SO UPS, Rosneft, Gazprom, Gazpromneft, Bashneft, Aeroflot, MTS, Springer Nature and many others.
  • The implementation geography of “Safe City” hardware-software complex projects was expanded up to 10 regions. Now Technoserv implements projects based on in-house development in Vologda, Cherepovets, Vytegra, Kursk, Nizhniy Tagil, Nizhniy Novgorod, Yakutsk, Mordovia, Velikiy Novgorod, Arhangelsk, Kotlas, Gorno-Altaysk and Tumen.
  • Integrated system of monitoring for business-critical applications and IT-infrastructure for VTB  24 was created by Technoserv. This project has got two prestigious IT-awards – “ITSM award – project of the year” and ”Project of the Year” 2016 by IT-directors association.
  • А number of major projects have been implemented under the new direction of  business-process and application monitoring: a new complex system to monitor the key business-applications for PromSvyazBank was created; federal central system of IT monitoring  for “SO UPS” was implemented.
  • Modular data center for “Aeroflot” developed by Technoserv has got CNews AWARDS in the nomination “Data Center of the year”.
  • Two projects of the company – “Avantazh” DC and MTS DC in Nizhniy Novgorod – successfully passed the certification at Uptime Institute and were certified with Tier III «design documentation».
  • Technoserv was involved as a general contractor in building a gas treating plant for Rosneft in Neftekamsk city. The reconstruction of the Mogilev TPP-1 was completed. The contract for the complex engineering infrastructure of the several “VTB Arena Park” apartment buildings was signed.
  • Technoserv Consulting has launched on the market its own high-readiness solutions “TSC Knowledge Management System” and “TSC Borrowers' Financial Statement”. Information security audit direction was also growing rapidly.
  • The Technoserv Consulting project on the process automation of pre price monitoring for Bashneft won the “Tax Project 2016” nomination of “Corporate Tax Assessment” award.
  • Reksoft continues to develop long-term projects, including “Safe City” section, government project “Herbarium”, “GLONASS” and online retail projects and also projects to create application software for Russian hydro-electric power station enquiry system.
